Your special day begins at the Oakwood Centre

An ideal location, set in Woodford Park, offering a number of various sized rooms ideal for your reception - whether a small intimate gathering or a 180 guest event.

We are here to help you with your arrangements, ensuring that your day goes as smoothly as you would wish.  We are happy to advise you on how to timetable your day, print table plans, organise entertainment and decorations so you just have to enjoy your day!

The Ceremony

The Miles Suite, licensed for civil marriages and commitments, is set in a unique rotunda overlooking the park.  This delightful, well-lit function room will comforetably seat 70 guests, whilst a small annex is available for meeting with the Registrar beforehand.

Please note that we are unable to make any arrangements with the Registrar on your behalf. You must book a venue before booking with the Registrar.

No reception is too small; we can accommodate from 10 to 180 guests.  Please feel free to discuss your requirements with us at any time.

When it comes to your decorations, why not consider hiring your chair covers, which can enhance your colour scheme, whilst choosing your centrepiece displays?

Catering

We know that your wedding day is a truly special occasion.  Our experienced and friendly team are here to assist in planning your celebration and our aim is to ensure your day is a great success.

Our selection of in-house caterers would be pleased to discuss your requirements, whether they were a finger buffet or a full silver service menu.  Flexibility comes second nature to them and they are also open to suggestions, having provided BBQs, Hog Roasts, Buffets etc.
